CAT 3612 | ExxonMobil Offshore Power Plant Upgrade | 2025
Modernized a 10 MW offshore power plant powered by 3 × CAT 3612 generator sets Delivered control system integration, engine and generator management upgrades. Performed installation, testing, and commissioning in a live production environment. Completed all works with zero interruption to power generation.
CAT C32 & 3500 | Greater Tortue Offshore Gas Project | 2022
Established the Marine Service Department at CAT West Africa for the GTA project. Provided diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning support. Supported offshore vessels, marine power generation, and automation systems.Delivered technical expertise across critical offshore operations.
CAT C175 & 3516B/E | UK & Ireland Data Centre Projects | 2016-2018
Commissioned 30 Caterpillar generator systems totalling 85 MW of capacity. Supported 20 × CAT C175 and 10 × CAT 3516B/E generator sets. Performed testing, synchronizing, and power management verification. Delivered reliable standby power solutions for major data centres.
CAT CG170 & CG260 | Independent Power Producer Projects | 2014-2022
Commissioned 45 CAT gas-engine generating systems across global IPP projects. Delivered approximately 130 MW of installed prime power capacity. Supported utility, industrial, and distributed generation applications. Provided commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization services.
CAT Generator Troubleshooting Course Development | 2014
Authored Caterpillar's Generator Troubleshooting Training Course. Developed advanced modules covering diagnostics and electrical fault finding. Included protection, synchronizing, load sharing, and controls systems training. Used globally to support dealer technicians and field engineers.
CAT Electric Power | Dubai Regional Training Centre | 2013
Supported the design and development of Caterpillar's regional training centre. Contributed to engine, generator, distribution, and controls training programs. Helped establish practical learning environments and test platforms. Enhanced technical training capabilities for Caterpillar dealers and personnel.
CAT 3412 | MV Andrew J. Barberi Ferry Upgrade | 2007
Upgraded control systems for 2 × CAT 3412 350 kW generator sets. Completed rewiring, monitoring, and protection system integration. Improved synchronizing capability and operational reliability. Supported commissioning, testing, and system verification.
CAT C9 | MY Mia Elise Re-Power Project | 2006
Re-powered the vessel with 2 × CAT C9 250 kW generator sets. Performed FAT, installation, commissioning, and integration activities. Completed synchronizing tests and harbour acceptance trials. Successfully concluded sea trials and vessel handover.
CAT XQ Rental Power Systems | FEMA Emergency Power Response | 2005
Supported emergency power operations following Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma. Deployed Caterpillar rental power systems across affected regions. Provided temporary power for hospitals and critical infrastructure. Assisted emergency response efforts throughout Florida, Louisiana, and Texas.
